Supplementary affidavit is taken on record. 2. Heard. 3. Petitioners' counsel has fairly confined his relief to consideration of his explanation/ response to the show cause notice dated 09.12.2024 impugned herein by a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioners' counsel submitted that though the petitioner has challenged show cause notice but he is ready to furnish response to the same which he could not at that moment because of rider of one week contained therein, however, if he is permitted to do so then he will file the response which should be considered and reasoned order shall be passed thereon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objections to the said request. 5. We, accordingly, dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit his response to the show cause notice within one week whereupon the said response shall be considered by the competent authority and a reasoned decision shall be taken accordingly at the earliest unless the decision has already been taken in which case the petitioner shall be informed. Needless to say, in the event no final orders have been passed in pursuance to the show cause notice, the same shall not be acted upon till the decision is taken as aforesaid. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
