By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and quash the impugned bedakhali notice dated 30.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) and notice for registration of forest offence as forest case No. 13131/2013 issued by Circle Forest Officer, Bilaspur, to the petitioner Hitesh Tiwari (Annexure P/2) and thereby protect the petitioner from illegal action of the respondent. 10.3 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2. The matter is listed for orders on withdrawal of the petition as per 3 Court Slip. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition before the Civil Court. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
