(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.520 of 2023, under Sections 395, 412, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehradun, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that co-accused Rajiv Kumar, who is a main accused, has already been granted bail. The role of the applicant is less serious than the role of Rajiv Kumar. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
