In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.7(iv) imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7 (iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2861 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025 is hereby fully relaxed.
