This Court by an order dated 29.04.2013, suspended the suspension proceedings dated 09.04.2013 and directed the authorities to proceed with the disciplinary inquiry initiated against the petitioner. By virtue of interim orders, this Court has effectively granted finality. Therefore, nothing remains in the writ petition to adjudicate further. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the disciplinary proceedings, he is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
