ORDER 10.04.2026
This is an application seeking rectification of order dated 27.12.2025.
In the application, it has been submitted that certain typographical errors have crept in the order dated 27.12.2025 whereby FIR No. 37/2024 has been quashed.
Heard and considered.
It appears that in the first para of the order dated 27.12.2025, offences relating to FIR No. 37/2024 have been mentioned as <under Section 115(2), 191(2), 351(2) and 310(2) of BNS= when as per the contents of the impugned FIR, the same has been registered for offences <under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), (3), 310(1) of BNS=. So there appears to be some discrepancy in recording the Sections of the relevant offences mentioned in the FIR.
Accordingly, order dated 27.12.2025 is rectified to the extent that in first para and the concluding para of the said order, offences relating to FIR No. 37/2024 be read as <under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), (3) 310(1) of BNS. This order shall form part of order dated 27.12.2025.
CrlM disposed of.
