Petitioner submits there was a fight between neighbours over landed property. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned Counsel for the State submits petitioner assaulted the victim resulting in lacerated injuries. 3. We have considered the materials on record. We have also considered the injury report. Incident occurred on the spur of the moment. Injury report does not disclose grievous injury. 4. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Fajlu Mallik @ Fajlul Mallik be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of 2 the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
