Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:20944-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3511 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ajeet Kumar Singh And Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kaushal Kishore Tewari,Shivakant Tewari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Ratnesh Chandra Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard Sri Shivakant Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the opposite parties. Petitioners herein claim to have a contract with the U.P.S.R.T.C. for plying buses, which has expired. The contract, as per the terms mentioned therein, was renewable. Now, the petitioners have challenged the letter dated 24.07.2024, contained as Annexure No.6 to the Writ Petition, which is a resolution passed by the Board of U.P.S.R.T.C. in it's 248th meeting dated 27.06.2024, which mentions the procedure and conditions for renewal. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not point out any legal infirmity in the said resolution, neither violation of any statutory or constitutional provision nor any legal right enforceable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, therefore, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 15.4.2025 Saurabh Digitally signed by :- SAURABH VERMA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
