By this application, the applicant has sought for condonation of 2025:MLHC:140 2 delay of 47 days in filing the connected civil revision petition against the order dated 05.07.2024, passed in Misc.Case No.9 of 2023, arising out of TS No.6 of 2022, by the learned Assistant to Deputy Commissioner (J) at Tura. The reason for delay has been explained at paragraph 8 of the application. The learned counsel for the respondent also has no serious objection to the prayer for condonation of delay. Perusal of the application makes it clear that sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the delay of 47 days in preferring the connected Civil revision petition is condoned. This application stands allowed. Registry to diarize the revision and list it for motion.
