It is stated that aforesaid order has been passed in compliance with the interim directions granted. Copy of the said memo has been furnished to the learned counsel for petitioner. 2. As aforesaid memo, by which request of petitioner has been considered, however, came to be rejected, since gives rise to a new cause of action, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedies. 2 CGR, J C.C.
