The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "i. issue an order or direction, commanding or directing to Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ayodhya, i.e to opposite Party no.1, to decide Application For Recall Dated 18/10/2022 annexed as ANNEXURE No.1 to this petition and preferred by the petitioners for the vacation of the ex- parte stay order dated 27/08/2022 passed by the opposite party party no.1 upon the Interim Relief application preferred by the opposite party nos.2&3 in the Revision No.-1455/2022, under section- 210, U.P. Revenue Code-2006, Mohd. Rafeeq And Another Versus Shyam Kishore and Others, which is pending before him, within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper opposite parties. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
