Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, (1) Abdur Rezzak (2) Husniyara Khatun @ Husnara Khatun (3) Abu Bakkar Siddique @ Abu Bakkar and (4) Abu Bellal Hussain @ Bellal Hossen apprehending arrest in connection with Beguan P.S. Case No. 29/2025 registered u/s 61(2)/118(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were granted interim bail on 30.05.2025 and in the meantime, investigation has completed resulting in charge-sheet against the accused persons. The same is confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4. In view of completion of investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 30.05.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition:- (a) They shall be available for the trial; Page No.# 3/3 (b) They shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. 5.
