It appears that card notice was issued and as per office report dated 11.03.2025, notice has been served on the petitioner, but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed following reliefs: "a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 11th April, 2002 as contained in Annex.-1 to this writ petition passed by the Sr. Regional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Lucknow. b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 7th March, 2002 as referred in Annexure-1 to the writ petition after summoning the original from the respondents." 4. It appears that by efflux of time this petition has become infructuous for the reason that none has appeared to press this writ petition on behalf of the petitioner though the matter is pertaining to the year 2002. 5.
