The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take necessary action against the opposite party no.6 to 7 in compliance of provision of U.P. Panchayat Raj Removal of the Pradhan, Up Pradhan, and members Enquiry rules 1997, in the light of representation moved by petitioner along with 10 other elected members of village Panchayat, in the interest of justice; ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to comply the provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj removal of Pradhan, Up Pradhans, and members Enquiry rules-1997 and conducted the inquiry regarding fraud embezzlement committed by opposite party no.6 & 7, in the interest of justice. iii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to seized the power of opposite party immediately in the interest of justice no.6 and 7 immediately in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of holding that in case, a proper application, as prescribed under Rule 3 of U.P. Panchayat Raj Removal of the Pradhan, Up Pradhan, and members Enquiry rules 1997, has been filed and is pending, the same shall be disposed of with all expedition, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from today.
