Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present Application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. applicants have sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIth, Lucknow to consider and decide the Case No.40025/2015 (State Vs. Pradeep Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No.251/2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow within time stipulated by this Court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that aforesaid case of the applicants in which they are accused, is pending since the year 2015 and the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicants are suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIth, Lucknow to consider and decide the aforesaid matter expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of the order, in accordance with law.
