This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to decide the application dated 26.3.2025 moved under Uttar Pradesh Witness Protection Scheme, 2024 within the stipulated time and period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for securing the ends of justice." The petitioners are directed to move an application before the District Judge, Lucknow. If such application is moved by the petitioners, the District Judge, Lucknow shall consider and decide the same within two months from the date of filing of application.
