The instant contempt application application is filed with the prayer to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite party for deliberate flouting the judgment and order dated 14.2.2025 passed by writ court in Writ C No.1253 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent filed affidavit of compliance and submits that in compliance of the directions of the writ court estimate has already been given to the applicant vide letter dated 26.5.2025 with the request that his earlier application has been rejected, therefore, he has to move fresh application on the portal depositing the estimated amount of Rs.4,91,670/-. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respondent and contents of the affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out, accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to submit a fresh application on the portal as mentioned in the letter dated 26.5.2025 issued by the respondent. In case, any application is filed by the applicant and the estimated amount is deposited, then it is expected from the respondent to act in accordance with the law.
