The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby, quashing the impugned order dated 25.10.2019 passed by Opposite Party No.1, in Revision No. 1757, 'Nangu Vs Ram Prasad & others', as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." Considered the issue involved which relates to exercising the power by the authorities under U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (in short 'Act of 1953') after publication of notification under Section 52 of the Act of 1953 as also the observation made by this Court passed in the case of Sri Pal and Others Versus D.D.C. Raibareli and Others in Writ Petition No. 763 (Consolidation) of 2005. Upon due consideration of the aforesaid, on being confronted, learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned State has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
