He further referred to para-7 of the show-cause reply. 2. For brevity, para-7 of the show-cause filed by the opposite parties is extracted herein below: “7. That in compliance of the said Order, Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Dhanbad vide Letter No. 700 dated 27.05.2025 has intimated and requested the Assistant of the Accounts Officer, Office of the Accountant General, Jharkhand, Ranchi to revive the earlier PPO No. 111987388, since Order No. 1083 dated 14.12.2017 has been quashed and set aside by the Hon'ble High Court and has directed the respondents to refund the 30% of the pension amount which has been deducted by way of punishment.” 3. Having regard to the specific averment and after perusing Annexure- A to the show-cause there is no contempt. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands disposed of.
