By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.471 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 registered with Police Station Jhabrera, District Haridwar under Sections 351(3) and 352 of BNS. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge- sheet has already been filed by the police against the petitioners on 02.01.2025, therefore, nothing survives in this criminal writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Interim order, granted earlier, stands vacated.
