Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.8(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2380 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioners are directed to appear and sign before the respondent Police weekly once (ie., on Sunday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
