Vikas Nagar, District Lucknow, has come up in the present application with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Room No.28, Lucknow to decide the Case No.94708 of 2021 pending before him expeditiously, within time bound period. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the application pending and appropriate direction may be issued to Court concerned to consider the grievance of the applicant. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Room No.28, Lucknow to decide the Case No.94708 of 2021 pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
