Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:22301-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3628 of 2025 Petitioner :- M/S Aadya Enterprises Thru. Proprietor Shri Shailendra Pratap Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Geology And Mines And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ankit Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Heard. 3. The orders impugned have been passed at district Mahoba. On being confronted as to the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, Counsel for the petitioner says that these orders have been passed in pursuance to the order dated 25.05.2024 passed in Writ-C No. 4687 of 2024, therefore, the petition is maintainable at Lucknow. If it is so, that is, if, it is an order consequential to the order dated 25.04.2024 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court, then, the petitioner should challenge it in the said writ petition, however, if, it is not so, then, the remedy lies before this Court at Allahabad and not before this Court at Lucknow. The earlier writ petition was filed at Lucknow because the revisional order was under challenge which had been passed at Lucknow, otherwise the mining lease has been granted for carrying out mining activities at district Mahoba, which is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court at Lucknow. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
