Learned counsel for petitioners, after being confronted with various adverse queries from this Court which includes that deponent has not approached this Court with clean hands, therefore, he fairly submits that both these writ petitions may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file fresh with better particulars. 3. Considering the above fair submission, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. However, a cost of Rs. 1000/- is imposed on Hemant Chaudhary, who is deponent in both writ petitions and petitioner in Writ-A No. 4748 of 2018. 4. The respondents are also put on caution that despite these writ petitions are pending for last more than seven year, no counter affidavit has been filed till date.
