The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the Civil Judge (J.D.), Lalganj Ajhara, District - Pratapgarh to decide Regular Suit No. 483 of 2020 (Shyam Lal and Anr. versus Devkali and Ors.) filed by the petitioner before him in the year of 2020, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. It is informed that even Written Statement has not been filed. In such a situation, the petitioner has a remedy of moving an application under Order VIII Rule 10 CPC. In case such an application is moved, the court concerned shall proceed in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations.
