Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party has drawn attention of this Court to para 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the response affidavit filed by Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik, Project Manager, U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited, Dehradun. He also refers to letter dated 19.11.2024 issued by Additional Project Manager to the petitioner stating that now nothing remains to be paid to him. 5.
