Heard Ms. Preeti Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue the necessary order or directions commanding the opposite party no.1 to decide the application for condonation of delay filed by the petitioners pending in the Misc case no.174 of 2024 Inre Avid Lukman & another Verus Smt Akhtar Jahan & others and decide the same at the earliest as possible within the time limit fixed by the Hon'ble court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
