VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 14 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AND CONSEQUENTLY DIRECT THE RESPONDENT NO.3 TO NOT TO INTERFERE INTO LIFE OF THE PETITIONER WHO HAVE COME FROM ANDHRA PRADESH TO BANGALORE FOR HIS LIVELIHOOD AND REGISTER CRIME AGAINST THE RESPONDENT NO.3 AND OTHERS AND ALSO TO MAKE AN ENQUIRY WITH A SPECIAL INVESTIGATION TEAM OR ANY JUDICIAL ANY AUTHORIZED AUTHORITY TO MAKE A DETAILED ENQUIRE FOR THE ILLEGAL AND HIGHHANDED ACTS DONE BY THE RESPONDENTS NO.3 AND OTHERS.

ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following
order:
“A) Issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of respondent no.3 in interfering with the personal life of the petitioner for no fault done by him without any manner of rights and aiding Sahana and Ramya in respect of false allegations

made by the respondents Sahana and Ramya, that too where the crime was not even registered and threatened to do away the life of the petitioner as illegally, arbitrary, violation of article 14 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no.3 to not to interfere into life of the petitioner who have come from Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore for his livelihood and register crime against the respondent no.3 and others and also to make an enquiry with a special investigation team or any judicial officer enquiry or any authorized authority to make a detailed enquire for the illegal and highhanded acts done by the respondents No.3 and Others. B) To direct the respondent No.3 to preserve the substantial evidences available with them of the entire set of illegal acts done by them which was recorded in the CCTV Footage which was recorded in their Station on 19th & 20th December, 2024
C) To award damages and compensation for the acts done by the respondents No.3 for an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
D) To pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the above case, in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard Sri A. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rahul Cariappa K.S., learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions and verification of the records would submit that the complaint registered against the petitioner is closed as the complainant and the petitioner have now settled the dispute among themselves. The submission is placed on record.

4. In that light, the petition does not survives for any further consideration. The writ petition stands disposed.
