Sri Amrendra informs that in compliance of the directions of the writ Court, the claim of the applicant has already been adjudicated by passing an order dated 08.02.2024. 2. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court and aforesaid order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the competent authority, this Court is of the view that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. Therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy and the same is dismissed. 3. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the order dated 08.02.2024.
