Learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4 on the basis of affidavit filed earlier dated 05.04.2021 submits that during pendency of this petition, impugned advertisement has already been withdrawn vide order dated 17.03.2021 and a fresh advertisement has been issued. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions admits aforesaid facts. 5. Considering aforesaid facts this petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
