As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let Deputy Commissioner, Kullu, H.P., shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and it be ensured that if in fact there is illegal dumping of garbage etc., in close vicinity of residential areas, then, it be ensured that no such nuisance continues to be there 2 and appropriate action be taken against the persons, who are indulging in illegal dumping of the garbage.
