The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge(J.D.) Hawali, Lucknow to decide the application under order 39 Rule 1&2 C.P.C read with section 151 C.P.C. pending with the Civil suit No.1238/2024(Sajjan alias Sajjan Lal versus Radhey Shyam which is pending since 2024, as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court. 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application under order 39 Rule 1&2 C.P.C read with section 151 C.P.C. pending with the Civil suit No. 1238/2024 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
