The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : (i) To direct the respondent/opposite party No. 1 & 2 to maintain the status quo over Abadi land of the petitioner, situated at village Bansgaon, Post Dostpur, Pargana, & Tehsil- Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, during the pendency of the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C., which is pending in Regular Suit No.184/2025 "Nandlal & others Vs. Irsad & others" before Civil Judge (J.D.), Ambedkar Nagar since long, expeditiously within stipulated period. (ii). To direct learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Ambedkar Nagar to decide the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit No. 184/2025 "Nandlal & others Vs. Irsad & others" on the next date of hearing." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit No. 184/2025 (Nandlal & others Vs. Irsad & others) expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
