Learned counsel for the petitioner says that that the petitioner had gone to the office of the opp. party to deposit the house-tax and water-tax in terms of the order 26.3.2025, on 5.4.2025, but the same was refused and the petitioner was asked to deposit the amount in terms of the order dated 4.4.2025, which has now been withdrawn. Photocopy of the demand draft, which the petitioner got prepared on 5.4.2025 is annexed at Page-36. The petitioner is to deposit the Demand Draft with the opp. party No. 3 by 17.4.2025. The opp. party No. 3 shall proceed to comply the judgment dated 26.3.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 2474 of 2025 accordingly. If the Demand Draft is offered to him, he shall ensure that it is accepted and receipt is given to the petitioner. We request the counsel for opp. party No. 3 to please counsel his client, as, issuance of such an order in spite of the judgment dated 26.3.2025, that too, prior to expiry of period of 15 days granted to the petitioner for depositing the tax could have given rise to proceedings for contempt. It is made clear that if the Demand Draft is not deposited by 17.4.2025, then the benefit of this order shall not be available.
