ORDER The petitioner claims hereditary right to perform poojas at Arulmighu Satha Ayyanar Temple, situated at Karukudi, Alangudi Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. He claims to be a member of the 4 Karaikaras entitled to perform poojas. Where hereditary rights are claimed, it cannot be decided by way of executive orders. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional authority and obtain orders, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
