The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (1) Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Notice issued by the second respondent vide ¸ÀA: ¸ÀPÁ¤E0(«)/PÉ4/¸À.C(vÁ)/24-25 dated 23.12.2024 vide Annexure-X. (2) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 11.07.2024 as per - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19687 WP No. 799 of 2025 Annexure-X for providing permanent electricity connection to the petitioner's schedule property. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application before the second respondent seeking permanent electricity connection to his property. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. Counsel for the respondents submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 5. Notice issued by the second respondent on 23.12.2024 vide Annexure-X is quashed.
