Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 27/28.03.2025 cancelling the fair price shop license of the petitioner. 3. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court and this Court had set aside the order and remanded the matter for grant of opportunity of hearing. 4. The order in question reveals that the submissions made by the petitioner as well as hearing was granted. 5. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order passed is not in compliance with the mandate of the Government Order dated 05.08.2019 and mandatory provisions have not been complied. 6. Considering the said submission and the objections of learned Standing Counsel that an appeal is prescribed against the said order, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal. 7. The petitioner will also be entitled to move an interim application alongwith the appeal. In case, the interim application is moved alongwith the appeal, the same shall be disposed off within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such application, in accordance with law and in accordance with the government order.
