Pandey, learned Deputy Solicitor General assisted by Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the respondent is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that order of the writ court has already been complied with and case of the applicant will be re- considered, in case, he obtain permission from the trial court. 4. Considering the contents of the contempt application, order passed by this Court as well as other relevant documents, this Court is of the view that order in question has already been complied with, accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to move appropriate application before the trial court, in which, crime in question is pending, within a period of one month. In case, any application is filed, court concerned shall pass appropriate order in accordance with the law.
