The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the annual tastik amount of Rs.1,04,068/- to the petitioner mutt from 01.04.2018 along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner is a Mutt situated at Halagur Village, Kereodu Hobli, Malavalli Taluk, Mandya District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Government has not released Tastik amount. Accordingly, it made representations vide Annexures-C and D. It appears that the Deputy Commissioner and the Tahsildar have not considered the representations. Hence, this Court deems it proper to direct the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner. 5. A Mandamus is ordered directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner vide - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2707 WP No. 6128 of 2020 Annexure-C and D in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the date of certified copy of this order. 6.
