As the suit bearing No.308/2024 is still pending before the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sadar, Pratapgarh and a temporary injunction order is operating, therefore, if the petitioners want any further relief pertaining to the suit property, such as, permission to repair 'thatch', then they will have to approach the court, where the suit is pending. If any violation is taking place of the temporary injunction, then also the petitioners will have to approach the court.
