Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging an order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3. The counsel for the respondent states that against the said order an appeal is prescribed before the DRAT. 4. The counsel for the petitioner at this stage states that he has moved an application for recall of the order, which is pending. 5. Upholding the objection raised by the counsel for the respondent, no interference is called for. However, if any recall application is pending, the same shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months. 6.
