Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Direct the Learned court Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Kadipur, Sultanpur to decide the suit for permanent injunction filed by the petitioner, bearing original suit no. 451/ 2022 (Sharda Prasad @ Sharda Prasad Mishra Vs State of U.P. and Others) on 07.04.2022. Whereas aforesaid suit is still pending before the Learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Kadipur, Sultanpur till date, expeditiously within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
