(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.222 of 2023, dated 07.04.2023, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 34/307 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the informant as well as the injured has not supported the prosecution case during trial. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. It makes out the case for bail. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount; to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
