The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent by way of appeal as early as on 30.06.2023 seeking cancellation of patta issued to the 4th respondent. The said application is kept pending without any progress and hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by seeking issuance of writ of mandamus. 4.
