Through the medium of the instant Petition, the Petitioner is seeking quashing of proceedings initiated against him by the Complainants/ Respondents herein before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattan in two separate Complaints/ applications, on same set of facts is being prosecuted in two separate Complaints/ applications before the learned Magistrate, filed by the same Complainants/ Respondents herein. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Petitioner shall feel satisfied in the event the present Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Magistrate to consider and take note of the plea raised by the Petitioner in this Petition with regard to two separate Complaints/ applications having been filed against the Petitioner by the same Complainants, on the same set of facts. 03.
