ORDER 21.05.2025 CrlM No. 608/2025. This is an application seeking extension of temporary bail granted to the petitioner in terms of order passed on 25.04.2025. In the application, it has been submitted that the surgery of the daughter of the petitioner has now been postponed to 27.05.2025. To support this contention, the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the relevant medical record. Having regard to the above circumstances, this application is disposed by providing that the temporary bail granted to the petitioner by the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam vide its order dated 28.04.2025 pursuant to order of this Court passed on 25.04.2025, shall stand extended by another fifteen days from date of expiry of earlier bail. In case the petitioner would feel the necessity of further extension of his temporary bail, he shall approach the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam by making an appropriate motion before the said court, and the same shall be considered by the Court in accordance with law.
