This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Sunil Kumar@ Sunil, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.103 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Lotan, District Siddharth Nagar. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.8.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.19253 of 2021. 4. A report regarding status of trial was called for vide order dated 20.2.2025 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. As per the report dated 28.2.2025 of Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Siddharthnagar duly forwarded by the District Judge, Siddharthnagar it is apparent that the trial of the present matter has been decided on 8.8.2023. 5.
