Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to pay amount of leave encashment, Gratuity, Arrears of 7th Pay Scale, EPF 10% and remaining arrears of salary for the period 1991 to 2018 alongwith interest on the delayed payment. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was superannuated on 30.04.2021 but aforesaid payment has not been paid to him. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to him to make a fresh representation before the opposite party No.3 i.e. Managing Director, U.P. Forest Corporation, Lucknow or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before him. In case petitioner is found entitled for the same, actual payment shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. The said authority shall also consider petitioner's grievance with regard to payment of interest on delayed payment. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. .
