Having regard to the nature of relief that is being sought by the petitioner in this petition, the same can be disposed of by extending appropriate direction to responder No. 2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the aforesaid resolution of the Society dated 15.10.2025 most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to respondent No. 2.
