Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. This is second application for bail. The first bail application of the accused applicant was not pressed. 3. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.261 of 2024 under section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 105 BNS, P.S. Sandila, District Hardoi. 4. It is argued that the co-accused have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 20.12.2024 and 20.02.2025. 5. Considering the allegations against the applicant to be similar to that of the co-accused who have been enlarged on bail and the applicant who is in custody since 05.09.2024 having no criminal history, is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Siyaram be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Aditya Verma, Arun Kumar Gupta, Vivek Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Siyaram .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Govt. Of U.P. Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
